(Sunday 10th September 2017)
This year the Maidstone Reunion will take place on Sunday 10th September 2017 and will commence in Brenchley Gardens at 10.30 hrs., with “Fall In” followed by an inspection and the laying of wreaths at the War Memorial.
After the short Act of Remembrance in Brenchley Gardens will be a formal Service of Remembrance and Turning of the Pages in the three Books of Remembrance in All Saints Church, where you should be seated by 11.45 hrs.
It is anticipated that car parking will available be in KCC car park as last year.
After the service members and their families should make their way to Oakwood House Hotel, Oakwood Road, Maidstone Kent ME16 8AE for the reunion lunch.
Cost = £12.00 per person.
Cheques/PO’s should be made payable to “PWRR Benevolent Fund (QOB1)”
During the afternoon there will be a band concert, entertainment and a Grand Raffle.
An application form for tickets etc will be included in the next issue of The Journal (April 2017) so to order lunch tickets or arrange car parking please send your completed form with the remittance and send together with a stamped addressed envelope to.
